Delivering neighborhood connections to your mailbox every month.
Welcome! Let’s get to know our neighbors.
We know genuine connections with neighbors next door and business owners down the street make for a more meaningful experience. And we believe getting to know people in our community should be simple. That’s why Stroll meets you where you’re at – your mailbox.
We are grateful to serve this amazing community.

Lindsay Underwood
Lindsay has always had a passion for bringing people together. After nearly a decade in real estate in Northern Virginia, she traded life outside Washington, D.C. for the coast to make Riverlights home. Throughout her career, Lindsay has found that what she enjoys most is building genuine relationships and creating opportunities for people to connect. In 2021, she founded Paddle DMV, a paddleboarding and kayaking community of nearly now 6,000 members. When she was a business sponsor of a Stroll publication in Northern Virginia, she saw firsthand how sharing neighbors’ stories could create a stronger sense of community while helping residents discover and build relationships with trusted local businesses. Outside of work, Lindsay loves being on the water, traveling, and finding new ways to bring people together. She’s excited to continue getting to know the people who make Riverlights special and sharing the stories that make the neighborhood feel like home.
